Wordwall.net was one of those web-based apps I picked up during remote learning and is worthy of keeping around. These are web-based, drag-and-drop games that you create and can be used for formative practice. You can find a few in the FB group already, but you also might want to create your own. Here is a screenshot of WordWall’s current options for creating games: Free Version Premium Version When introducing Unit 1: Thinking Geographically – Regional Analysis (Topic 1.7) of the CED, I have my kids practice the world regions. I attach this WordWall to my course review folder in their Schoology LMS for reference later. Below are the WordWalls drag-and-drops for world regions that I made using my worksheets based on College Board’s 2015 Course Description for AP Human Geography. With that being said, the Course Description was updated in 2020, and does NOT officially include world region designations. World Region Destinations (Big Picture) World Region Destinations (Small) Use or refuse. Looking for paper versions, practice, and quizzes? More below.
