Bounty Hunter is the 16th ability in the game and costs 1,600. The ability allows you to place a bounty on someone and toss a chasing shock ball, and has access to Mastery. Place Bounty is a very unique and interesting move. The simple upside, seeing bounty players through walls, is just a small bonus.
