Briar Rose is an Everafter princess, commonly known as Sleeping Beauty. She was once married to William Charming, who was the one to wake her from the sleeping spell that she is famous for. Before her death, Briar was dating Jacob Grimm and ran a coffee shop with her two fairy godmothers. She was killed by a dragon during a rescue attempt in book 7, The Everafter War. Jacob was devastated as he was about to ask her to marry him, and planned revenge against the Sheriff of Nottingham and the Queen
