The Doom Realm is a secret alternate dimension. The Doom Realm appearance is similar to the original, but there are major differences found that makes the Doom Realm different: Textures are replaced with blood decals. Sounds, such as footsteps, alarms, announcements and ambience, are distorted or slowed down. The Doom Realm can be accessed by drinking a cup of "doomed", "SCP-055" or "face" from SCP-294.
