With our successful rescue flight from the Denali Step under our belt - I decide to take on another mission from the Rescue On Denali briefing. For this one, I go outside of the box a bit and decide to take on the entire requirements of the mission in one hop using the brilliant freeware Mi-8/17 by HootGibson. We need to haul 800 lbs. worth of emergency items to the teams stuck on the Moose’s Tooth (UX05), on the southeast side of Denali. I haven’t flown the Mi-8, but do some rough fuel ca
