The Insolence Hat is a user-generated catalog item inspired by TIO's top hat. It is a purple top hat with a black trim along the bottom of the hat. The hat also has a black and orange flower that heavily resembles the eye of Insolence on the black trim of the hat. All who wear this hat will be taken by the Insolence.
