You can get it by completing the Sword Dimension with a 3.5% drop rate. He is fairly balanced, with two ranged attacks that deal decent amounts of damage and his ultimate gives a long invincibility buff. However, he is not recommended for good player (By dropping from Sword dimension, you might wanna use others 1600 gems character than him, although quite good for speed raid). All damage tested using a new account with 10 base attack and no additional buffs.
