stuert is a private-server exclusive 3D nextbot in nico's nextbots. He can only be accessed using the admin panel. stuert was created and submitted by uglyburger0, a developer for nico's nextbots. In nn_playground, there's a board which list nextbot that are spawned in each map, stuert was mentioned in the nn_mall nextbot spawn. However, stuert is now in special nextbot list. stuert's model uses mesh deformer, which causes his face to sometimes look like it's moving and distorting whenever he is
