Bartmore Technical College Holds Its Inaugural Graduation Ceremony
Bartmore Technical College proudly marked a historic milestone with its first-ever graduation ceremony on the 8th of August 2025 , celebrating the achievements of students who have successfully completed their training across diverse disciplines.
The ceremony brought together graduands from programs including:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Community Health
- Information Technology
- Social Work and Community Development
- Tourism and Travel Management
- Caregiving
- Food and Beverage Production
- Electrical Installation
- Plumbing
- Office Assistance
- Christian Ministry
Speaking at the event, Bartmore’s leadership applauded the graduands for their resilience, innovation, and commitment to excellence. They further emphasized the role of technical and vocational training in addressing youth unemployment, supporting Kenya’s economic growth, and contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
“This inaugural graduation is not just about certificates—it is about celebrating competence, innovation, and leadership. These students are the first generation of Bartmore alumni, and we are confident they will make a lasting impact in their communities and industries,” Ms. Damaris Obutu, Principal.
The college also expressed gratitude to parents, guardians, and stakeholders who placed their trust in Bartmore as a growing institution, noting that their support has been key to building an environment where students can thrive.
With expanding infrastructure including ICT labs, clinical skills labs, and technical workshops, Bartmore is positioning itself as a leading institution for hands-on, industry-driven training in Kenya and East Africa. As Bartmore continues to expand its programs and partnerships, the college reaffirmed its mission to equip young people with the skills and values necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic job market.
